At Arles we like to keep knowledge management simple. We set up your files using industry standard taxonomy and clever, concise naming conventions.

We train your administrator to enter the metadata so that you can search the database and retrieve only the documents pertinent to that search.

If an organisation already has a knowledge management system, we look at things like your taxonomy, your maintenance programme and your metadata.

For smaller and micro organisations, we set up or adapt your system using the software that you own. There is no need to purchase additional programmes to establish and maintain an effective knowledge database.
